

NVQ’s are designed to recognise a candidate’s competence at work by assessing and evaluating their performance. Candidates will work closely with an appointed assessor within their workplace to identify current knowledge, agree targets, how to achieve them and collect evidence of knowledge and competence.
12 training’s experienced assessors can meet a variety of needs in the workplace and help even the most inexperienced of candidates develop their skills and improve output.
