Course Content
Designed to give all food handlers an appreciation of good hygiene practice. The CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering is designed to address the food safety needs of the catering and hospitality sector
Course Objectives
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Understand how they can work in a safe and healthy manner
- Identify key hazards in their own workplace
- Be able to understand and utilise rules and working practices of food hygiene
- Understand the implications and results of their actions
