Description
A 1 day first aid course, enabling the candidate to administer emergency first aid to a casualty.

Syllabus
A range of subjects are covered including :-

• Responsibilities and reporting
• Assessment of the situation
• Basic Hygiene in First Aid
• Dealing with an unresponsive casualty
• Resuscitation
• Heart Attacks
• Control of Bleeding
• Minor injuries
• Choking

Certification
Assessment is ongoing by the instructor, and a 3 year qualification will be issued to those who meet the criteria.

Numbers
A maximum if 12 Students are allowed and must be aged a minimum of 16 years or above.

This course is completed over 6 hours
