  The Employer Training Cycle

12 training's training cycle begins with the identification of specific training needs, and the appointment of a dedicated Curriculum Manager. Commitment to the programme is established and an action plan is agreed and implemented.

Our 12 training colleague will help you through the various stages by:

1. Training needs analysis
Conducting a skills survey, and mapping our programmes against any skill gaps, development needs and mandatory training. An initial information, advice and guidance session will be held with all learners along with an initial assessment to ensure that learners are on the right course.
Pre- course questionnaires will capture what is expected from courses and any special requirements of the learner.

2. Confirming funding eligibility
Eligibility is established and feedback is provided on the employees who want to start learning.

3. Developing a training programme
An Assessor will conduct a thorough Planning of Qualification session to ensure that the award is planned and the learner is empowered to complete.

4. Delivering training

Work-based learning is done via Assessors, and scheduled to minimise disruption to the business.
Courses are delivered by appropriately qualified Trainers

5. Monitoring and reporting

Learners will receive ongoing review and Guidance sessions. With a dedicated Training Manager, you will receive a monthly report on employee progress, plus periodic satisfaction surveys.
