Target Participant Group
This NVQ is designed for candidates that are employed in the following areas
-Customer Service and Administrative jobs
- Work within a Customer Service Environment
- Whose role is to prove Customer Service
Synopsis
NVQ’s are designed to recognise a candidate’s competence at work by assessing and evaluating performance. Candidates will work closely with a single appointed assessor to identify current knowledge and agree targets and how to achieve them. Assessment and evaluations will normally take place at the candidate’s place of work, by means of observation, questioning and occasionally collected evidence of knowledge and competence.
For a full award, candidates must complete 2 core units, which are:
Prepare yourself to deliver good customer service
Provide customer service within the rules plus five optional units, which are chosen to fit around the candidates current work role.
